Astronics Purchases Key Switching Technology for Integrated Test Systems

EAST AURORA, N.Y., June 23, 2016  – Astronics Corporation (NASDAQ: ATRO), a leading supplier of products to the global aerospace, defense, and semiconductor industries, announced today that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Astronics Test Systems ("ATS"), has purchased the ASCOR ATE Signal Switching product line from Giga-tronics Incorporated (NASDAQ: GIGA).  The ASCOR ATE Signal Switching line provides key switching technology to form a new core architecture in Astronics integrated test systems for military and aerospace industries.
